Sketch Commissions

※ Provide a colored character design sheet.
※ You can provide details on how you want the sketch to be, but lengthy requests and requests that I don't feel confident in delivering will not be accepted.> Single characters only

> Black and White option is sketch only, white, grey, or black background - Let me know if you want it messy or clean
> Flat colored option implies flat or light render, with flat color basic background
> Typically 4000px by 4000px - Please specify a canvas size if you need it.※ For Skebs: These are skeb-like commissions where there will be no communication between the initial confirmation of the commission and the notice of completion. Make sure your references and instructions are thorough.

PNGTuber

> Commercial use included in rates※ I do not permit commissioned full-render or PNG-Tuber work to be cut for L2D rigging. If you intend to use it for L2D work, please discuss with me to get permission.

Terms of Service

GENERAL
※ Client must provide at least one colored reference for each character, unless it's a PNGTuber.
※ Client must provide proper credits to the artist.
※ Most likely, you won't need a rush order, but rush orders may be requested to prioritize your commission up the top of the queue.
※ Commissions are not first come first served. I have the right to decline commissions for any reason.
※ Only request for a commission if you have the necessary funds.
※ Payment must be sent within 48 hours of receiving my invoice or your commission request will be canceled.
※ Prices are just starting points and will increase depending on the complexity of the commission.
※ I may deny your commission if I feel that I'm unable to fulfill your expectations.
※ I may post commissioned artworks in public sites unless otherwise stated by the client.
※ Complex details may result in additional fees or rejected request. These may include, but are not limited to: clothing with many layers/accessories/ornaments, intricate tattoos, wings, heavy armor.
※ Do not use the commission as NFTs.

ORDERING
- All payments are accepted in USD and by PayPal/Ko-Fi only.
- Ko-Fi Commissions go through Ko-Fi's standard practices and the below doesn't apply.
- A PayPal invoice will be sent after I accept your commission request.
- Commission is started only after I receive the full payment.
- If payment is not made within 48 hours of the invoice, I will immediately cancel the commission.
- Due to the new PayPal fee implications, any commission that is $300 USD or more will be charged with an additional PayPal fee.USAGE (PERSONAL / COMMERCIAL)REGULAR commission prices listed are for personal use only. If you would like to commission me for commercial purposes, you MUST inform me or choose the commercial option in the order form. Refer to price multipliers below.TWITCH / PNGTuber commissions prices are already listed for commercial use, and the multipliers below will not apply.Personal usage includes:
- Profile picture, phone/desktop background, personal viewing/display
- You may print the artwork for only your own usage, and not for sale.
- Commissioned artworks may be re-uploaded or re-posted with proper credit (art by @isekidd)Commercial fees apply in the following ways:
- 1.5x price: social media (for branding, promotional purposes), Twitch/Youtube usage, game assets
- 2x price: merchandise where art is not the main focus, such as book covers, concept art, game assets, etc.
- 3x price: merchandise where art is the main focus, such as stickers, charms, t-shirt, postcards, prints, etc.The owner of commercial use licenses have the rights to use the commission as merchandise to sell, promote, distribute, produce and for any other commercial purposes as long as they don't involve modifying the product or impacting negatively the artist. Reselling or minting artworks as NFT is not authorized in any circumstances.RIGHTS- I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.
- I reserve the right to use your commissioned artwork as an example for future commissions and for portfolio display.
- I reserve the right to livestream your commission, unless agreed upon otherwise.
- I reserve the right to post your commission to social media. If it must remain undisclosed until a specific date, I will wait until after that date.WORKFLOW (Skebs)
- Send in your form filled.
- I will accept or reject your request.
- Work will start after you make the payment.
- These are skeb-like commissions where there will be no communication between the initial confirmation of the commission and the notice of completion.
- I will send you a Google Drive link with the JPEG/PNG files of the final artwork.WORKFLOW (REGULAR / TWITCH / PNGTuber)
- Send in your form filled.
- I will accept or reject your request.
- Sketching will start after you make the payment.
- Revision 1: After I send you the sketch, major changes (composition, pose, etc.) can be requested.
- Line work and rendering will start if sketch is confirmed by the commissioner.
- Finished drawing will be sent for final review, where you have one last opportunity to provide feedback.
- Revision 2: After I send you the final review, minor changes can be requested.
- If the mistake is a result of insufficient information or not mentioned to me when the commission is accepted, I am not obliged to correct or change anything.
- After everything is approved, I will send you a Google Drive link with the JPEG/PNG files of the final artwork.REFUNDS
- Due to PayPal's invoicing fee, a 90% refund may only be granted if the commission has not been started. Please think carefully before commissioning.
- If I approve of your refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- Any commission once started, and before sketch approval may be refunded for 50% of the total price.
- After a commission's sketch has been approved by the commissioner, it is no longer refundable at the request of the commissioner.
- If I determined that I am unable to deliver the commission after starting and/or approval, I will provide a partial refund. Amount depends on how much on the amount of work/time I have spent on the commission process (25% minimum kept).
- Cancelations without communication and chargebacks are immediately blacklisted.
- Skebs are not subjected to revisions or refunds.
